The Fast Food Diet System uses the information you provide to prepare and deliver a personal meal-planning document. Contact info@nestfullabs.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions.

What you provide

The questionnaire asks about favorite foods, routine, preferences, age, height, weight, activity, suitability and dietary restrictions. Some answers are health-related. Please avoid detailed medical histories. We request your explicit agreement before sending these answers for AI processing.

How your answers are used

Your answers are sent to our server over HTTPS, stored in encrypted private storage and used to prepare your plan with OpenAI after payment confirmation. Your email and marketing choice are excluded from the AI prompt. Generated plans can contain errors; please review them before use.

Service providers

Namecheap hosts the service. OpenAI processes the meal-planning input; API response storage is disabled in our integration, but provider safety and operational retention may still apply. Stripe processes payment details directly; our server does not receive your full card number. Resend sends your delivery email, private download link and, if you opt in, promotional reminders. These providers may process information in countries including the United States under their own service and privacy terms.

Storage and access

Unpurchased questionnaire access normally expires after 24 hours. When saved-plan reminders are enabled and you opt in, your saved questionnaire and unpaid offer are kept accessible for seven days from when the offer is saved. Purchased plans are accessible for 30 days. Expiration ends online access; deletion is handled separately. Contact us to request deletion of retained records. Save your downloaded PDF to keep it. Payment records may remain with Stripe for its accounting and legal retention requirements. Private download links grant access to your plan: keep them confidential.

Email choices

Purchase and plan-delivery emails are part of the service. Optional marketing permission is separate and not preselected; declining does not change your plan. If you opt in and leave your plan offer unpaid, we may send up to three reminders, approximately one, three and five days after your offer is saved. Reminders stop after purchase or unsubscribe. Every promotional email contains an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us to withdraw permission. We retain a minimal hashed-email suppression record to honor unsubscribes. We do not sell your questionnaire answers or use health-related answers for ad targeting.

Cookies

We use essential secure session cookies to connect your questionnaire, payment and download. We do not install advertising trackers in this service. Stripe may use its own cookies on its checkout page.

Your choices

You may leave before submitting, decline optional questions where offered, or request deletion by contacting us. Deleting a purchased plan removes online access; save your PDF first. We may verify your purchase email before granting access or deletion. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
