What you purchase

A one-time US$57 digital meal-planning document: a 30-day calendar, portions, meal instructions, restaurant choices, swaps, shopping lists and quick-start guidance. This is not a subscription. An eligible saved-plan offer may reduce the price by 20% to US$45.60. The Fast Food Fat-Loss Playbook is included as a special gift with your plan, provided as a separate download at no extra charge after payment. Your checkout shows the applicable total and inclusions. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees for a non-USD card.

How delivery works

After you complete the questionnaire and Stripe confirms payment, we prepare your personal plan. Preparation and quality checks can take several minutes. The download page shows progress; when the plan is ready, your PDF unlocks and a private link is sent by email. Online access lasts 30 days; download and retain your PDF. Check spam folders and contact support if your email or download does not arrive.

General planning, not medical care

The document is AI-generated and has not been individually reviewed by a registered dietitian. It is not medical nutrition therapy, a diagnosis, a treatment or a guaranteed weight-loss program. Results vary. Restaurant menus, ingredients and availability can change. Follow the verification notes and check directly with restaurants. Do not use it for allergy-safe menu certification or clinical dietary needs.

Who this service fits

Adults providing accurate answers who do not require clinical nutrition guidance. We do not provide automated weight-loss plans for minors, underweight users, pregnancy, breastfeeding, an eating-disorder history or conditions/medications requiring diet guidance. We currently cannot automate plans for reported food allergies.

Problems and refunds

If generation fails after payment, your purchase remains saved. You can retry without paying again or contact us for help or a refund. If a paid document cannot be delivered or has a technical defect that prevents use, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work to provide a usable document or refund the affected purchase. This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer law. Weight-loss outcomes are not guaranteed.
